Job Description
As we look toward the technological landscape of 2026, Nexus Core Systems is pioneering the next generation of autonomous intelligence. We are seeking a visionary Senior Agentic AI Architect to lead the deployment of self-operating AI agents that redefine enterprise efficiency and decision-making.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade software engineering. You will design systems where AI agents can autonomously plan, execute, and adapt to complex workflows, setting the standard for the industry.
Why Join Us?
- Work on cutting-edge technology that defines the future of 2026.
- Competitive compensation and equity package.
- Flexible remote and hybrid work options.
- Opportunity to mentor a team of top-tier AI engineers.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement multi-agent systems capable of complex, autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with external tools, APIs, and databases to create 'Agents' that act, not just chat.
- Design scalable microservices and event-driven architectures for real-time AI inference and orchestration.
- Develop robust evaluation frameworks (RLHF, red-teaming) to ensure agent reliability, safety, and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define the roadmap for AI-driven automation and feature development.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference costs for high-volume deployments.
Qualifications
