Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust architectures for Agentic AI workflows, focusing on autonomy, memory, and planning.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with external tools and APIs to create intelligent agents that perform complex tasks.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for high-volume production environments.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, context window management, and vector database optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define the roadmap for 2026 capabilities.
- Ensure the security, safety, and ethical deployment of autonomous AI agents.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar).
- Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and semantic search.
- Experience with real-time data processing and asynchronous programming.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
