Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent architectures using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Develop sophisticated prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning pipelines for LLMs to enhance agent autonomy.
- Optimize agent performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to define the roadmap for agentic AI features.
- Ensure robustness and safety in autonomous systems, implementing guardrails and ethical AI practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers in AI engineering best practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research to integrate novel capabilities into our stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLM applications (RAG, Fine-tuning, Inference optimization).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and semantic search.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
