Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI models with a focus on agentic workflows.
- Lead the research and implementation of multi-modal AI systems capable of real-time reasoning.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency in high-throughput environments.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, alignment, and ethical deployment.
- Mentor a team of world-class ML engineers and researchers.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX with a proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Extensive experience designing and fine-tuning large-scale foundation models.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in cutting-edge research.
- Fluency in Python and proficiency in English.
