Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and neural networks.
- Architect scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model training, validation, and productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex software ecosystems.
- Define technical strategies for ethical AI, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and evaluate new technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, WebGPU) to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale NLP and computer vision models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and high-performance computing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
