Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and data lake solutions.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers in developing proprietary algorithms for predictive analytics.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the AI department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, security, and design) to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, robustness, and fairness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum Computing integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven experience designing large-scale systems handling petabytes of data.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Reinforcement Learning.
