Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, high-performance AI systems for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on scalability and resilience.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging technologies, including advanced neural networks and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product and research teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Ensure architectural integrity, data security, and compliance with global regulatory standards.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in code review, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience leading engineering teams in high-growth environments and managing technical roadmaps.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive projects from concept to delivery.
