Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of our proprietary AI infrastructure, ensuring it is ready for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Develop and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce cloud costs through advanced containerization and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in designing distributed systems and large-scale data architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks and experience deploying models to production.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive project execution from concept to deployment.
