Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models designed for 2026 scalability requirements.
- Define the technical strategy and long-term roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Network optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions into core business applications seamlessly.
- Ensure robust data pipelines and infrastructure that support real-time inference at scale.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning paradigms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research concepts into production-ready software.
