As a Senior AI Architect, you will define the technical roadmap for our core platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI implementation. You will collaborate with a world-class team of researchers, engineers, and product designers to deliver solutions that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and model architectures that support enterprise-grade workloads.
- Model Development: Spearhead the training and fine-tuning of proprietary LLMs using modern deep learning frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to improve inference latency, reduce costs, and enhance model accuracy in production environments.
- R&D Strategy: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, including multimodal learning and edge computing, and integrate relevant technologies into our stack.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML engineering and model deployment.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; deep understanding of distributed training systems (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Algorithm Expertise: Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and deep learning algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges and optimizing large-scale systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
