Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 AI Core, aligning with business goals and industry standards.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems using microservices and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Model Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced neural networks and machine learning models into production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
