Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives targeting the 2026 technological horizon.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Pilot Programs: Oversee the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models for pilot projects.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model accuracy, latency, and resource utilization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Deep understanding of MLOps and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to market release.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to diverse audiences.
