Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for our AI products leading up to 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization in cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and system design.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
