Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for our upcoming AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect robust, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time inference.
- Prototype Innovation: Spearhead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging 2026 technologies, including generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to drive the execution of the technical roadmap.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and establishing best practices for AI engineering.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into long-term technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
