Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for large-scale deployment.
- Lead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Optimize model inference performance to reduce latency and cost.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate research into production code.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, distributed systems, and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
