Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference performance for edge deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers to define AI feature specifications.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global regulations.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Mentor teams on best practices in MLOps and data governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
