Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap Architecture: Define and execute the technical strategy for our upcoming AI infrastructure releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive data throughput and real-time inference.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Edge Computing) to determine their feasibility for the 2026 stack.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior engineers and junior developers, maintaining high code quality standards.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and architect solutions to improve latency and computational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Framework Proficiency: Strong understanding of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and driving projects from conception to deployment.
