Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives targeting the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead the architecture and design of large-scale machine learning systems and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum AI) and assess their applicability to business needs.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all AI deployments.
- Present technical strategies to executive stakeholders and technical leads.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
