Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models designed for the 2026 era of computing, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Transformer models.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum algorithms into classical neural networks.
- Define technical roadmaps for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making platforms.
- Mentor a team of elite data scientists and machine learning engineers to foster innovation.
- Ensure ethical AI standards, transparency, and bias mitigation in all deployed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Demonstrated experience in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a startup environment.
