Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance for future demands.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of advanced neural networks and generative AI models, pushing the boundaries of what is currently possible.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency to support large-scale deployment.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and safe for global deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and cloud services to enhance our technological stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras; strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex algorithmic issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent is a plus.
