Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the architectural direction for our next-gen Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer products.
- Optimize existing model inference pipelines to reduce latency and increase throughput by 40%.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proven expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
