Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI product development.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance at scale.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in artificial intelligence and technology.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural networks.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
