Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure tailored for 2026-era generative models and large-scale data processing.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical strategy and product roadmap for our upcoming AI releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into innovative product features.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce best practices for fairness, transparency, and safety in AI model development.
- Talent Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of talented data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) is essential.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of working with Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
