Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time inference at scale.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel AI architectures targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize model performance, reducing latency and improving energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI safety and ethics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Generative AI and Neural Symbolic AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying production-level ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with MLOps tools and deployment methodologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
