Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Pioneering Research: Lead internal research initiatives into emerging fields such as generative adversarial networks, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI (XAI).
- Algorithm Optimization: Optimize model inference times and reduce computational costs using edge computing and model pruning techniques.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the long-term AI roadmap and technology adoption strategies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Advanced Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural network architectures, transformer models, and large language models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
