Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of Generative AI and AGI prototypes for the 2026 product cycle.
- Define and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and data strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ethics Board) to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous security, privacy, and bias mitigation standards.
- Publish research findings and contribute to open-source initiatives in the AI community.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup environments.
