Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning pipelines for the 2026 product suite.
- Design and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning strategies and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for high-volume production environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and evaluate novel techniques for integration.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
