Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems designed to meet the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and LLMs into legacy infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Define and implement data governance strategies to ensure ethical AI development and compliance.
- Mentor and guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including quantum computing applications in AI.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical requirements into feasible architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud infrastructure projects (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of system design principles, including microservices, distributed systems, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
