Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the integration of generative AI models into core enterprise applications to drive efficiency.
- Define and enforce technical standards for code quality, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Drive innovation in predictive analytics and autonomous system logic.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI architecture or machine learning engineering.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Strong background in MLOps, data pipelines, and distributed system design.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
