Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the core AI infrastructure roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience for next-generation applications.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures, optimizing for latency and accuracy.
- System Integration: Integrate disparate data silos into a unified, real-time neural processing network across global data centers.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and architectural excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with quantum computing researchers to develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for enterprise solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous guardrails for AI safety, ensuring compliance with emerging global regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep understanding of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems that handle millions of concurrent requests.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt architecture to meet future requirements (2026 horizon).
