Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable infrastructure for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic workflows targeting the 2026 release cycle.
- Optimize Model Performance: Apply advanced quantization and pruning techniques to reduce latency and enhance inference speed for edge deployment.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI research division, ensuring alignment with long-term product goals.
- MLOps & Pipelines: Build robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring reproducibility and governance across distributed teams.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging paradigms such as Multimodal AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Neural Symbolic Computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and high-availability systems.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to prototype novel concepts and adapt to rapidly evolving technology stacks.
