As we accelerate toward our 2026 roadmap, we are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of scalable, high-performance neural architectures.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, ensuring our AI solutions are robust, secure, and capable of transforming industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Spearhead the architectural design of large-scale deep learning models and distributed neural networks.
- Research & Development: Push the boundaries of current AI capabilities by implementing cutting-edge algorithms in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Performance Optimization: Engineer efficient inference pipelines and optimize model latency for deployment on edge and cloud hardware.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term 2026 vision.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with a strong understanding of GPU acceleration and distributed training.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in NLP, LLMs, or Generative AI technologies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and debug high-performance systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
