Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum algorithms, edge computing, and neuromorphic hardware.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
