Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI solutions aligned with the 2026 Vision roadmap.
- Lead the design of proprietary machine learning models and deep learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product lines.
- Establish best practices for data governance and algorithmic transparency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization for high-scale production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of delivering AI products to market.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
