The Role
In this pivotal leadership position, you will translate abstract concepts of the 2026 horizon into scalable, production-ready technical solutions. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our AI products are robust, unbiased, and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for our 2026 AI product roadmap, focusing on LLM integration and autonomous agents.
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines that handle petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead architectural decisions for high-availability systems, ensuring zero-latency performance.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and ML engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in deep learning and AI architecture.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade Generative AI models.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning paradigms.
