Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- Lead the architecture and design of next-generation machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum AI interfaces, Spatial Computing integration).
- Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance and model deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Natural Language Processing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
