Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI safety, data governance, and ethical algorithmic design.
- Mentor and coach a team of junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, AI research, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Proven experience deploying AI solutions at scale with robust error handling and monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced, innovative environments.
