Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for large-scale language models and multimodal agents.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and operational costs significantly.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and model explainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced deep learning techniques.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in deep learning, with a specific focus on NLP or Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models to cloud environments.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of transformer models, attention mechanisms, and diffusion processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
