Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models and distributed systems infrastructure for Project 2026.
- R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, including LLMs, generative AI, and edge computing integration.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and business units to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, optimizing for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in real-time environments.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong understanding of distributed computing (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Project 2026 Relevance: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, experimental environments and adapt to rapidly changing technical requirements.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
