Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance machine learning systems for Project 2026.
- Lead the technical strategy for model deployment, optimization, and infrastructure scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in AI development.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Prioritize research initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor innovations.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and code audits to maintain the highest engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
