Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 neural network infrastructure.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and scalability across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models and pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency and high throughput.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Research emerging AI paradigms to identify integration opportunities for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS or GCP.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
