Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core neural network infrastructure for Project 2026, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Machine Learning algorithms to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality and architectural integrity.
- Optimize model inference times and reduce computational costs across distributed systems.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research into production environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
