Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define the high-level technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Optimization: Design and optimize large-scale generative models and neural networks to achieve state-of-the-art results.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions with existing cloud infrastructure and third-party APIs seamlessly.
- R&D Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge processing to inform our roadmap.
- Code Review & Best Practices: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and review critical pull requests to ensure code quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Specialization: Strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
