Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time inference and processing.
- Lead architectural decisions for high-performance computing clusters and edge devices.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and reduce latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into robust production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
