Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of supporting high-traffic, next-generation applications.
- Lead the R&D roadmap for Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team to ensure stability and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company ahead of the curve (preparing for 2026+).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from conception to delivery.
