Responsibilities
- Design and implement the high-level architecture for the 2026 AI Ecosystem, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the research and integration of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Establish coding standards, review code quality, and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure real-time performance in high-traffic environments.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud infrastructure, data storage, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying scalable LLM applications and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
