Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI systems and microservices architectures tailored for high-volume data processing.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including large language model fine-tuning and reinforcement learning for autonomous decision-making.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural walkthroughs to ensure best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing models and infrastructure, implementing optimizations to improve latency and throughput.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict data privacy standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Modeling: Extensive experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges in unstructured environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
