Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain the long-term technical roadmap for our AI ecosystem, anticipating future market shifts and technological advancements.
- System Architecture: Design robust, secure, and high-performance architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems.
- Research Integration: Evaluate emerging research papers and technologies (e.g., Transformer improvements, Agentic AI) to improve model performance and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee MLOps pipelines, ensuring model deployment, monitoring, and scaling meet enterprise standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art models and optimizing them for inference speed and cost.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and design resilient solutions.
