Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for future-proof applications.
- Lead the development and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI agents.
- Optimize complex data pipelines for real-time processing and latency reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and ethical AI governance.
- Conduct architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI/ML models into production environments.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (PhD preferred).
