Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, scalability, and accuracy using cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI and implement cutting-edge techniques into production workflows.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
